From Practice to Purpose
Founded by Hannah, a board-certified occupational therapist and certified yoga instructor with years of experience in leading inpatient psychiatric care, including at the renowned McLean Hospital.

Over the years, countless patients asked Hannah how they could continue skills-based group therapy once discharged. The reality? That type of care isn’t always available outside hospital walls. Inspired by those conversations—and her own healing journey with yoga—Hannah created OTwithHT.
