Hannah (she/her) is a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Massachusetts and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), with a deep commitment to integrating person-centered healthcare with the therapeutic benefits of yoga. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Studies in 2020 and a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy in 2021. Since then, Hannah has worked in psychiatric care at several hospitals, including McLean Hospital, a renowned leader in psychiatric treatment, where she facilitates both group and individual therapy sessions.
With a passion for promoting mental health, Hannah has been practicing yoga since 2012 and began facilitating yoga in psychiatric hospitals in 2020. Her holistic approach combines her expertise in occupational therapy with the therapeutic benefits of yoga, offering clients a unique and compassionate pathway toward healing. In 2024, she began training for her YTT certification through Open Doors Yoga Studio, a Registered Yoga Alliance member, and earned her RYT-200 in December 2024.
As the founder of OTwithHT, a small business dedicated to integrating person-centered healthcare with the healing powers of yoga, Hannah offers services that emphasize individual empowerment and holistic care. She has also completed coursework in trauma-informed care, ensuring that her approach is sensitive, informed, and supportive of those with diverse needs.
A proud Cape Cod native and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Hannah is deeply committed to fostering inclusive and supportive environments for all. She is privately insured for both yoga teaching and occupational therapy practices, offering a safe and professional space for clients seeking healing and growth.
